Police identify MSU student killed outside of Joe Louis Arena

The 19-year-old Michigan State University student who died after Thursday night's Red Wings game Hockey Game at the Joe Louis Arena has been identified as Ryan Rosman of West Bloomfield. Detroit Police Department spokesman John Roach said today that the incident was not a hit-and-run, as previously reported, but that friends told police Rosman, for reasons that are unclear, was hiding under a tour bus nearby, which then drove off, dragging him with it up Washington Boulevard.
